Architectural Renderings and Illustrations, Design and Renovations

We are a creative design studio supplying Architects, Developers & Industry with marketing
artwork, from Illustrations, Corporate Identity programs & Custom Design Illustartions,
to Project Management, since 1979
We accept design commisssions and can also produce paintings for your favorite wall,
that special gift or any other occasion.

Our location allows us to offer design services in the Brant County & Norfolk County areas.
We also supply renderings throughout North America. We understand the prevailing culture
& are happy to supply a list of satisfied clients for your reference.

WHAT WE DO WHEN DESIGNING A PROJECT:

We offer (at a separate fixed cost) the option to do a detailed survey
of the existing structure to help determine any unforseen problems
or feasability of proceeding with the project, however this is your choice.

Upon determining the scope of the work, we create a rough plan for you to
understand the design concept's direction and give additional input and concerns.

Once it is agreed to proceed, we do scaled plans along with coloured illustrations
& a material sample board for you to fully understand what the final outcome
would look and feel like.

At this stage, our involvement can end or continue to assist in securing
a contractor, supervising and regularly inspecting the contractor's
workmanship and timely construction methods.

All agreed upon fees are determined by the length of our involvement.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO:

We can supply structural drawings, but NOT mechanical design or building permits.
If we supervise the project, we will insure that these are properly obtained
by your contractor.
