POST OFFICE LIONS

The Capitol Theater in Brantford (Now the Sanderson Center) was one of the grand theaters of it's era.
We always tried to get to the Saturday matinee early before the lights were turned too low to see
the naked ladies painted on the romantic style murals high on the fancy gold leafed ceiling.

I recall when Elvis's movie opened, the lineup was always to the Post Office steps
and often around most of the city block.
