Port Dover is a small fishing town on the north shore of lake Erie.
Once home to the largest fresh water fishing fleet it has now become a summer
tourist destination for those in the Southern Ontario region.
Places like Knechtel Foods by the beach still offer famous Lake Erie Perch
and the Arbor's Hotdogs and Golden Glow are an early spring must-have.
A walk on the pier is still a summer evening's right of passage.
In recent years it has become famous for each "Friday the 13th. Motorcycle Madness"
which brings hundreds of thousands of bikers annually to these memorial gatherings
